Seated Sun Salutations (Amber Karnes)

Inspired by an idea from Stephanie at Better with Chardonnay and her Wannabe Wednesdays series, I thought it might be fun to start a new thread called Warrior Wednesdays!

In this new series, every Wednesday, I will be sharing with you some inspiration for your practice with tips, tricks and modifications the yoga warriors that I look up to!

First up is this video from Amber Karnes of Body Positive Yoga by Amber Karnes with her modifications for Sun Salutations. Specifically, a seated Sun Salutation practice.

Sun Salutations can be hard for bigger bodies as it is. Let alone if we also have knee injuries or other ailments that prevent us from moving within our bodies freely.

While we already practice with modifications, this is yet another way to do the infamous Sun Salutation with ease!
