Well, we missed last week!
I filled in for a co-worker while she took her lunch break and she had this cushion; https://www.amazon.com/.../ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03... in her office chair. I was hesitant at first, but holy cow! I didn't want to go back to my desk! I noticed a HUGE difference in that small time frame and decided that I too needed one!
My day job requires sitting for the majority of the day. With this cushion, I notice such a difference with the pain in my knees in addition to the sciatica I have on my left side.
So, if you're experiencing similar issues; you have GOT to try this! I promise that you'll notice such a difference in your posture AND in those aches and pains!

EDIT: I have since replaced this cushion with a smaller wedge as the original one was too high and starting to give me additional problems from sitting on it all day! The wedge (found here) has been MUCH better!
