  • The complete w h o l e ~ h e a r t e d program. This 22 day experience consists of four ‘in-person’ group meetings and an at home practice that includes both yoga and personal reflection.

  • A copy of Beautiful You: A Daily Guide to Radical Self-Acceptance by Rosie Molinary which incorporates practical techniques into a full action plan to help empower you to embrace a healthy self-image, shore up self-confidence, break undermining habits of self-criticism and champion your own emotional and physical well-being. Yours to keep, this book is required to complete the program as it will help us dive even deeper into our practice.

  • The expanded w h o l e ~ h e a r t e d workbook. This workbook will aid in you on your journey as we follow the practice in addition to the prompts in Rosie’s book.

  • 4 exclusively designed in-person yoga classes. Each 90 minute class will be uniquely themed for the week as we follow the material. We’ll meet every Saturday (location and dates coming soon!)
