Chaturanga & Upward-Facing Dog Modifications & Props (Amber Karnes)

You might have already received this video if you signed up for the February Curvy Yoga series! Today's #WarriorWednesday features Amber Karnes and her demonstration of building strength for Chaturanga (plank) and upward-facing dog!

We worked hard the last 4 weeks preparing our bodies to be able to try Chaturanga and while we may not all be there yet, we now have the tools to help us succeed within the pose!
