Curvy Yoga & Zumba
"Curvy Yoga & Zumba combines the atmosphere of an upbeat Latin inspired dance class in order to get your blood pumping, followed by a relaxing cool down led by focusing your attention to your breath and gentle movement."
Reawaken your mind, body & soul!
This class opens with 15-20 minutes of stretching, followed by a Zumba dance class led by Lexie. Then, we'll slow it down with a relaxing & zenful yoga practice, led by Mishelle, that's designed to cool the body down and prepare you for the remainder of your day and weekend.
Come have fun with your friends in a completely judgement free zone!
Please bring a water bottle as well as your own yoga mat for practice.
(if you forget your yoga mat, no problem. we do have a small selection of mats available for use at the studio. we just ask that you wipe them down after use)

Meet Mishelle O'Regan!
Mishelle is known for her authentic, non-judgmental teaching style and compassion-centered philosophy. She loves teaching and practicing yoga because not only does it make her feel good, it allows her (and her students) to create a space free from obstacles within our own bodies and minds. It allows for release so that we can comfortably and competently move our bodies through life.
Meet Lexie Wilson!
Lexie has been known for her love of life, and intense need for regular movie nights to stay sane. Lexie LOVES teaching Zumba because she loves to make women feel confident and sexy in their beautiful bodies. Her classes are high energy and TONS of fun! So no matter your dance level- give it your all and join in! This is about HAVING FUN and making friends!
